Everything you need to know about partnering with HR2HR.
Getting Started
No. Company formation is one of the core things we handle for you. When you partner with HR2HR, we set up the legal entity needed for you to operate as an HR consulting business in the US — you don't need to file anything yourself before getting started.
Three things: clients who need HR consulting or staffing support, consultants you can place with those clients, and the relationships to manage both. You bring the business — we bring the infrastructure to run it legally and compliantly.
Timelines vary by state, but most partners are set up and able to start placing consultants within a few weeks of onboarding. We'll walk you through exactly what's needed for your specific situation on your first call.
Please contact us to discuss the fee structure for your specific situation. Our model is built so that our success is tied to yours — we make money when you make money from placements.
Company Formation & Compliance
That's not a problem. We manage multi-state payroll and tax compliance, so you can work with clients and consultants across state lines without worrying about the different rules that come with each one.
We handle federal and state tax compliance as part of the partnership. You focus on placements — we make sure the business stays compliant on the tax side.
No. We monitor federal and state labor law changes and build them into how payroll and contracts are handled, so you don't need to become a compliance expert to run your business.
Insurance
Business insurance coverage is included as part of your partnership with HR2HR. Please contact us to discuss the specific types of coverage applicable to your situation, including professional liability (errors & omissions) and workers' compensation where applicable.
Coverage details depend on the specific structure of your partnership and placements. This is one of the topics we cover in your onboarding consultation — we'll make sure you understand exactly what's covered and for whom before your first placement.
Payroll & Getting Paid
HR2HR processes payroll for every consultant you place, so pay is accurate and on time — you don't need to manage payroll systems or schedules yourself.
Profit share is calculated based on completed billing cycles with your clients. Please contact us to discuss the specific payment cadence for your partnership, which is confirmed during onboarding.
Profit share is based on the difference between what your client pays for a consultant (bill rate) and what that consultant is paid (pay rate), multiplied by hours worked. That gross profit is then split between you and HR2HR at an agreed percentage. Use our Profit-Sharing Calculator to estimate your potential earnings.
Running the Business
Many partners start part-time while maintaining other work, then scale up as their client base and consultant placements grow. There's no minimum volume required to get started.
No — you can grow your business as large as your client relationships and consultant network allow. The more you place, the more profit share you earn. There's no ceiling.
The specifics depend on the terms of the client contract. We'll walk through how early terminations, notice periods, and transition scenarios are handled during your onboarding consultation, so you know exactly what to expect before placements begin.
Support
Beyond initial setup, we continue to manage payroll, tax filings, insurance, and compliance for as long as you're placing consultants — so the operational side of your business stays handled as you grow.
You can reach us any time at info@hr2hr.net. Partners also have access to a dedicated point of contact for their account — details provided during onboarding.
